QuteCom has a pretty annoying bug on Mac OS X. When a call comes through
while the app is in the background, the dial pad window appears, then
minimises to the Dock. If I miss the call, the dock icon continues to
jump repeatedly like, to quote a famous viral video, "a Jack Russell
****ing Terrier." Since I'm using this app in conjunction with Google
Voice, there are many times when a call rings both my cell phone and
QuteCom at the same time. If I answer my cell phone, QuteCom assumes I
missed the call, and I have to give it focus and hide it again to make the
icon stop jumping. If I'm not near the computer, the icon will still be
 jumping when I get back.

If possible, the dock icon should jump only while the phone is ringing,
and maybe give an indication that a call was missed; changing the icon
colour, for example. Also, I'd rather the dial pad window only appear if
I end up answering the call. At the very least, these should be options
 in the settings.
