You are not doing something wrong !
To place a video call, you just need to activate video and select a
webcam in configuration dialog-box.
There is no special button ...

pre-built client. From what I can see, video is supported, but I see
no way to start a video call. There are no menu entries, buttons,
etc., anywhere that says start video. I do have video enabled in
Tools>Configuration>Video and the webcam shows up in the preview.
What am I doing wrong?
