You should not use mingw. Do not use QuteCom RC3, it is very old ... do hg clone http://hg.qutecom.org/qutecom-2.2/ to obtain a recent copy. You should use Qt and Boost build for your Microsoft Visual version. Current build of QuteCom uses visual 2005.
