#324: Cannot reconnect after disconnecting and cancelling Login dialog

In windows: when you log off you're presented with a Login dialog (the one
that allows you to modify/add profiles). If you click Cancel, there's no
way to get that dialog back to log in, and the log on option in the File
menu is disabled. You then have to exit the application and reopen to
reconnect
