Bug description:
Во входящих сообщениях от клиента qip 2005 не корректно распознаются
украинские буквы: "і ї є". В место них приходят символы: "³ ¿ º"
Кодировку выставлял и utf-8 и cp1251. Исходящие сообщения на той стороне
читаются нормально. Такую проблему раньше наблюдал на icq транспортах для
jabber.
