Bug description:
QutIM send wrong Chat States.
When I stopped writing message, QutIM would have to send <paused/>, but it
didn't send nothing.
When I close chat, QutIM would have to send <gone/>, but it didn't send
nothing too.
When I switched to another chat, QutIM would have to send <inactive/>, but it
didn't send nothing too.
