Confirm, Win7 x64 Qutim 0.3.00 Coulnd not connect to ICQ -> "SSL Handshake failed". Jabber works ok. Checkbox "Use SSL" in icq connection properties is disabled, when I try to turn it on, it automatically goes back after closing configuration window.
