[wish] mrim: возможность выбора порта в настройках

Bug description:
Было бы хорошо, для тех у кого закрыты порты, добавить возможность
настроить порт подключения к MRIM серверу(опционально - сервер тоже,
чтобы убрать хардкод).
Можно хотя бы просто в файл настроек вынести, чтобы можно было руками
поправить.
