No automatic scrolling while chat window is inactive [0.3]

Bug description:
Precondition: Chat window is opened, but window is not focused (you are doing
other things)
Action: The person you are chatting with writes something
Expected result: The window automatically scrolls down to the last message
(as it does, when the windows is active)
Actual result: Nothing changes
