icq and jabber accounts won't reconnect after disconnect

Bug description:
I'm using unstable internet connection through openVPN. Sometimes it
disconnects from server(not my fault) which causes my icq and jabber accounts
to go offline. It's really annoying to manually reconnect them all the time.
It'll be wonderful if qutim would reconnect them automatically.
I'm running x64 Ubuntu with 2.6.38-13-generic kernel.
