Cannot build from git repo on Fedora 16

Bug description:
OS: Fedora 16 x64
cmake version 2.8.7
gcc (GCC) 4.6.2 20111027 (Red Hat 4.6.2-1)
1. Clone repo and subrepos
2. say make
3. Get the following error:
/home/mvel/work/qutim/qutim/protocols/jabber/src/jplugin.cpp:40:50: fatal
error: protocol/modules/proxy/jproxymanager.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
make[2]: *** [protocols/jabber/CMakeFiles/jabber.dir/src/jplugin.cpp.o] Error

make[1]: *** [protocols/jabber/CMakeFiles/jabber.dir/all] Error 2
make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
Indeed, the given file is missing there.
