I agree with the first suggestion, and as for your question, muting the
tracks and using apply to all tracks should exclude them from any processing. I
do it all the time when transposing things.

I really think the note transforms is cool but I see a problem with it. I
have to transpose things to the key of C before transforming them. I'd like to
see in the note transform, an option for the key of the original song so it
knows we're in F, G, B-flat, whatever. Also I don't know how to set it to not
process certain tracks, like track 10, for example. I've tried muting them but
that doesn't seem to work.
Any thoughts?
