Interesting feature suggestion, like a "spread chord" function or "guitar strum" effect.
Unfortunately, at present, I don't think there is any easy way of doing this except to go through manually with the Note or List Editor to set the start times precisely.
However, in my experience, if you want a strummed guitar in an ensemble sound, it doesn't actually seem to matter if the notes are always strummed in order - because you can't hear them quite so precisely.
What I do when creating a rhythm guitar track is quantise, but use a strictness factor of say 80%, so the chords remain slightly spread to start with. If it's too mechanical, then I might apply the Humanise tool with 1 or 2 ticks, no more than that.
But as for the suggestion, I'll add it to the list. No promises, but at least it won't get forgotten.
