Loop is disabled by pressing O from the main screen, whether a track is
selected or not, or through visiting the Play menu and seeing if the item
is checked or not.
When you create a new track, if you wish it to always start with your
Midisport, visit Options Options, alt o, o, and choose your default port.
Set it to be your Midisport and then ok that change.

When I try to create a new track, it still defaults to microsoft
wavetable.
Furthermore, the status bar shows something called "loop".
Files I've previously recorded show my midisport as the port.
Must I have to change from wavetable to midisport for all tracks I create
from now on, with the latest qws, or is there some
way I can default for all tracks I create??
Also, the metronome doesn't work when recording.
Any help would be appreciated bigtime...
