Ok, Johnny:

1) Open your song;
2) Go to track menu, then set all ports (alt k, a. Set all to
microsoft, press ok. Make sure the position is set to 0. Now try
playing your track.

If it doesn't play, hit alt enter, then tab to volume & put it up at
127 & see if that helps.
