I use it with Jaws without any problem, though it does some odd things. For one thing a lot of the keyboard shortcuts don't work quite right, like the save shortcut, so you have to use the menus. But I've used it to build some sound font files of well into the thousands of sounds in huge SF2 banks -- I've got so many samples that it hits the limit for how many samples you can have in a single SF2 file.
