Richard, that looks right. Joe, have you tried running it as administrator? I had some problems with this on my Windows 8 machine if I remember correctly. It gave me an error first time I opened it, so what I did was went into the context menu, (press your applications key or right click the mouse), and chose run as administrator, and it worked.
