Hello Barry,Thanks, it has been a while....my holiday was 19 years. Regarding paint formulations. Black and gold paint can be used to generate a very respectable outcome, I used an eye dropped to adjust the quantity of gold to black ratio. I also tried a gray powder coat, worked, but the application was a few thousands of an inch in excess and had started to fill in some of the relief engraving in the front panel. I filled in the white lettering with white Engravocolor Stick (great stuff). The outcome looks pretty good considering the starting point....
