After a few google searches, it appears that these CV133 tubes I have are Marconi Osram tubes...I did search a few years back with no luck finding identically labelled tubes with no luck at that time.

Hi Jacques...

I'm not sure if these are Mullard tubes or not...There are no manufacturer
identified on the tube or the box. Here are 2 pictures I just took. As you
can see, there is a pin protector/straightener included, but it is not the
same as the ones used by Mullard.

Apparently, the plate structure has been altered to provide better cooling.
FWIW, the plates are black and 17mm long...

HI Jordan,

I hesitated to mention the Mullards M8080 / CV4058 because I never tried
any
in my R-390As.
But these box-shaped anode 6C4 / 6100 equivalents are the best-sounding
version of the 6C4 that are used in many hi-end tube preamplifiers.
A CV133 can be any variant of the 6C4 because they can came from any
manufacturer, but not the M8080.
What about the ones you have ??
