Abra o arquivo 00install.out indicado no fim da sua mensagem e vc vera' exatamente o que aconteceu durante a tentativa de instalacao... pode ser problemas de permissao ate' problemas de dependencia, entao e' preciso que vc abra este arquivo para entender melhor a falha. b
