The Rand Graduate School in Santa Monica, CA has sent our
office information on a fellowship available in the PhD
program. This is an extraordinary opportunity for people
who want to build on their past education in the sciences,
mathematics, economics, computers, statistics, operations
research, political science, or behavioral science. After
an average of four years at RAND, fellows leave with a fully
accredited PhD degree in policy analysis and the equivalent
of two years of practical experience in doing applied
research. All fellows are fully funded, including tuition,
