I make in R:
install.packages(DBI)
and fix ambient variables of linux:
export PKG_CPPFALGS="-I/usr/include/mysql"
export PKG_LIBS="-L/usr/lib64/mysql -lmysqlclient"
after:
install.packages(RMySQL)
is successful.
