When I do Rcmd check Ryacas
on my Windows Vista system under R version 2.6.0 beta (2007-09-23 r42958) it checks out fine but here: http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/contrib/checkSummaryWin.html http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/contrib/2.5/check/Ryacas-check.log it complains about the XML package even though the XML package *is* declared in the DESCRIPTION file.
