Thank you for the fix. FWIW, texi2dvi.exe was actually removed quite a while ago (1 year?). A copy of an older miktex build of the current miktex branch that still includes texi2dvi is available here:http://www.stat.ucla.edu/~jeroen/mingw-w64 .
