It should pull down with pacman -Syuu as make is not shipped in the MXE tarball. This will need to be done on every install until a new release is cut, granted.

As an aside, do we want to revive R-sig-win? Its kind of a dead mailing list, but its still there.

Indeed, this happened to me a few times just now, and it was Make in

Yes, it clearly seems so. Now that Takashi Yano's patch was accepted
and merged [1] does Rtools45 need to be rebuilt or will it propagate
the next time MSYS2 is updated via "pacman -Syuu" or the like?
