prompt.data.frame produces Rd-code with unbalanced brackets:

where the closing bracket to "describe" is missing. The fix seems simply
changing
fmt <- c(fmt, "}")
to
fmt <- c(fmt, " } \n } ")
in line 208 of "prompt.R".
