I am trying to run Rcmd check but it seems that R is looking for C header files in /rw1070/src/include/R_ext and not in /rw1071/src/include/R_ext.
I am using Windows XP
So you are running either /rw1070/bin/Rcmd (is it in your path?) or you have set the environment variable RHOME inappropriately, I guess.
This is NOT a bug! Please don't send bug reports when you are not sure about it.
