Hi. It means that the package your loading was build using a newer version of R (v 1.9.0) than the version you are using (v1.8.1). This means that that package might rely on new or modified features (and/or other packages also build on R v1.9.0). For this reason there is a risk that the package does not work as expected. This does not say that it might not work perfectly fine anyway, but you should be aware of it. Hence the warning (and not an error).
