The FAQ suggests running
rsync -rC --delete rsync.R-project.org::MODULE R
which I did yesterday to get the version I have. This command should have "-p
-t"
added so it will preserve time stamps and modes. (Doing that will make
subsequent
rsyncs much faster.)
