A proposal: Adding an argument ``border'' (default: NA) for mosaicplots would give the opportunity to create another kind of nice plots.
Proposed code changes: a) add argument ``border=NA'' to mosaicplot.default() b) add ``border=border'' to the first to calls to polygon() within mosaicplot.default() c) copying and adjusting the help page entry for ``border'' of ``?polygon''.
