*Skills Required*

•        Manage, run and maintain enterprise client management platform
(Microsoft Systems Center 2012 R2)

•        Create and distribute application packages (virtual and physical)
to the enterprise that meet technical requirements

•        Create engineered solutions for medium-to-complex initiatives
according to specified requirements and design and review/approve project
requirements.

•         Interface with service management and security teams to assist in
effective remediation through controlled major incident management &
response.

•        Identify research, diagnose and escalate (as needed) production
problems such as defects, questionable functions, errors, and
inconsistencies in systems functions, outputs, and content.

•        Perform upgrades / maintenance activities as well as troubleshoot
system issues by providing on-site support and coordination with multiple
parties (offshore teams, supporting teams – security, directory).

•       Configuration Manager installation and configuration experience

•       Configuration Manager client-to-server / server-to-server
communication troubleshooting

•       Configuration Manager client configuration and troubleshooting

•       Experience in SCCM rollouts/improvements/troubleshooting projects

•       Application and solution packaging for SCCM deployment utilizing
industry tools such as AdminStudio – with detailed understanding of command
line parameters, rules on installing, task sequence deployment with
multiple components and steps in between, etc.

o Software Distribution

o Advanced query based collections

o Advertisements

o Package creation and administration

o Build, test and deploy

o Software Updates

o Desired Configuration Management (DCM)/Compliance Settings

o Build, test and deploy

o Health of infrastructure roles and services

o Operating System Deployment (OSD)

o Task Sequence and WIM creation

o Deployment troubleshooting

o Asset Intelligence

o Device Enrollment (Mac, Linux)

o System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP)

 o Reporting

•         VBscript and/or PowerShell

•         Understanding of networking topologies and infrastructure
components

•         Understanding of WMI

•         Understanding of Windows Registry and file systems

•       Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as
independently with minimal oversight and guidance.

•       Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability
to communicate with all levels of associates in the organization.
