*Project Role*



The role is Project Manager of 12 IT work streams involved in integrating
the operations of Gilt.com with Saks Off 5th stores:

Phase 1:  Allow Gilt.com customers to return product to a Saks Off 5th store

Phase 2:  Allow Saks store to resell the Gilt product on their shelves

Phase 3:  Create a Gilt store within a Sak’s store (shop within a shop
concept).

This role needs a driver.  Last PM wasn’t aggressive enough, so we need to
err on the other side of that spectrum with the replacement.



*Responsibilities:*



·         Task Master driving activities across the 12 work streams

·         Create status reports

·         Project Planning

·         Tracking Budget

·         Facilitate meetings such as driving requirements definition, etc.

·         Documents & escalate risks and issues



Weekly CIO and business sponsor visibility in Steering Committee meetings.

*IT Work streams include:*

1.    Merchandising integration

2.    Financial Reporting

3.    Employee Discount

4.    Communications tools (email/calendaring, employee lookup)

5.    Video Conference

6.    Intranet Access

7.    Store-in-Store

8.    Gilt Membership (outside stores)

9.    Store Returns

10.  Gift Cards

11.  Gilt In-store Signup

12.  In-store video screens



*Experience/Skills: *

·         Retail, Post-merger integration.  Gilt knowledge would be a plus

·         Needs to be an aggressive driver type personality

·         PMP is a nice to have

·         Budget tracking

·         Facilitate meetings

·         Assist with documenting requirements

·         Documenting and escalating risks and issues
