This role needs a driver. Last PM wasn’t aggressive enough, so we need to err on the other side of that spectrum with the replacement. *Responsibilities:* · Task Master driving activities across the 12 work streams · Create status reports · Project Planning · Tracking Budget · Facilitate meetings such as driving requirements definition, etc. · Documents & escalate risks and issues Weekly CIO and business sponsor visibility in Steering Committee meetings. *IT Work streams include:* 1. Merchandising integration 2. Financial Reporting 3. Employee Discount 4. Communications tools (email/calendaring, employee lookup) 5. Video Conference 6. Intranet Access 7. Store-in-Store 8.
