Skills we are looking for is someone that can help with incident
management.  Tracking, follow-up, management reporting.   Familiarity with
branch banking systems would be good, but not required.  Also, familiarity
with dealing with infrastructure outages/interruptions.  Not resolving the
problem, but tracking and ensuring appropriate IT parties are involved and
resolving the issues.  Position will track the type of incidents that are
reported, resolution times, etc.





Provides management for the support, availability, operation, and
recoverability of production systems. Includes functions in support of
branch associates needs.

Includes production control, problem management, second- or third-level
application production support, and other support for a variety of
systems.  Includes Management reporting.
