*Role Description:* · Day to Day operations support and working with business users to resolve the issues, Bug Fixes for the issues/incidents reported, Code fixes. Adhere to ITIL process and follow the security standards. Meet the SLAs and Compliances. · Maintaining production and non-production servers in MS SQL Server 2012, 2008R2, 2008, 2005 and 2000 environments. · Installing and configuring MS SQL 2014, 2012, 2008R2, 2008 and 2005 on cluster and standalone Servers and also applying latest service packs & hot-fixes. · Performing SQL Server upgrades and migrations. · Designing and building new infrastructure, capacity analysis and planning for all SQL Servers. · Installing and configuring SQL Lite Speed on cluster and standalone servers. · Auditing SQL Server and database usages. · Expert in data transformation services like SSIS, DTS, BCP and Bulk Insert. · Hands on experience on SSRS configurations. · Monitoring MS SQL Server health, performance, high availability and reliability of the database application environment. · Experience in troubleshooting techniques with respect to IIS and SQL Server. · Provided after hours and 24/7 database maintenance and support. *Must have:* • 8+ Years of experience as Core SQL Database Administrator, 2 Year of experience on .Net Framework 1.1, 2.0, 4.0 Visual Basic 6.0, web services using ASP.NET, JavaScript , CSS Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008,2008R2,2012 and 2014. • Maintaining production and non-production servers in MS SQL Server 2012, 2008R2, 2008, 2005 and 2000 environments. • Installing and configuring MS SQL 2014, 2012, 2008R2, 2008 and 2005 on cluster and standalone Servers and also applying latest service packs & hot-fixes • Performing SQL Server upgrades and migrations. • Hands on experience in handling huge databases and implementing appropriate backup and recovery strategies. • Configuring and maintaining SQL Server Mirroring, Log shipping and replication. • Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Client/Server Connectivity, Database consistency checks. • Hands on experience on creating/automating server side Traces in SQL 2000, 2005 and SQL 2008 R2. • Creating Server and Database users, roles and assigning permissions. • Implemented database level and server level audit in SQL 2005 and SQL 2008 R2 servers. • Hands on experience on Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) implementation with MS certificate and third party tools like Sefenet keys • Hands on experience on creating Lite Speed Log shipping. • Hands on experience on table level partitioning. • Designing and building new infrastructure, capacity analysis and planning for all SQL Servers. • Installing and configuring SQL Lite Speed on cluster and standalone servers. • Auditing SQL Server and database usages • Experience in creating Jobs, Alerts, SQL Mail Agent, DBMAIL and schedule DTS Packages. • Proficient in Microsoft Database technologies SQL Azure, Cloud computing and MSSQL Server databases (SQL 2000/2005/2008). • Expert in data transformation services like SSIS, DTS, BCP and Bulk Insert. • Hands on experience on SSRS configurations. • Worked with third party tools such as SQL Lite speed for Backup/Restore, Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM) for monitoring alerts and Service Online as ticketing tools. • Documenting process and regular SQL DBA tasks and sharing them with the team. • Monitoring MS SQL Server health, performance, high availability and reliability of the database application environment. • Experience in troubleshooting techniques with respect to IIS and SQL Server • Provided after hours and 24/7 database maintenance and support *Thanks & Regards* *Ajeet Dwivedi* (IT Recruiter) Phone: 609-853-0818 X 2174 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "R-help-archive" group.
