*Position: **Sr. PeopleSoft Project Managers or Leads*

*Location: **Madison, WI*

Duration: 12+ Month/ Contract

Senior PeopleSoft Project Manager with extensive experience in Human
Resources/Financial integration to lead HR/Finance team in *PeopleSoft HCM
version 9.0 to 9.2 upgrade*. Project Lead experience required in the full
life-cycle implementation of PeopleSoft Human Resources - Commitment
Accounting (PeopleSoft version 9.2 required).

Extensive experience leading and developing function project plans,
configuring applications, document business processes and application
configuration, writing functional specifications, creating test scripts,
executing test scripts, researching and resolving testing issues,
documenting user procedures, and preparing for and executing go-live
activities in a large complex client environment.

Must have strong *client facing skills* along with excellent communication
to work with all levels of management. Demonstrated experience coordinating
user training, and in interpreting and communicating complex systems issues
to non-technical staff. Demonstrated experience fully contributing to
project teams, and maintaining effective cross-functional working
relationships. Extensive coaching, inter-personal, and collaborating skills
and oversight of high quality and timely deliverables. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills.

Previous experience working with clients in higher education.

*Requires at least 8 years of experience in the field.* Familiar with a
variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on
extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a
variety of tasks. Leads and directs a group of *ERP Analysts*. A wide
degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

*Experience with PeopleSoft v9.0, v9.1 and v9.2 human capital management
upgrade and/or implementation*
