*Position: **Sr. BI/ ETL Tester* *Location: **Dayton, OH* *Duration: 6+ months/ Contract* *Interview: Phone and In Person* *Must be USC, GC , EAD- GC* *Directly from Manager:* For SQA role they must be able to *“understand” and execute SQL from within SSMS, run SSRS reports, and possibly run SSIS in dev mode in order to test*. (This is not a typical application development test position.) *Nature of Work:* · Work with team members, developers and department manages to develop, maintain, implement and execute a quality assurance process · Responsible to develop routine tests and coordinate the testing efforts for all assigned SQL queries, SSRS reports and SSIS workflows · Complete business analysis · Manage the requirements gathering process · Obtain and document business and system requirements · Document workflows · Provide requirements to development teams and participate in collaborative design sessions · Create and document test cases for all documented requirements *Top Required Skillsets: * Microsoft T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), BI/ ETL Testing *REQUIREMENT* *EXPLANATION* 1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required 2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in application quality assurance required 3. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with the administration of a quality assurance program required 4. Experience with Test Complete or other automated testing toolset 5. Scripting or programming experience 6. SQL Server or Oracle experience 7. Strong knowledge of structured query language 8. Excellent customer service skills 9. Strong communication skills both written and verbal 10. Ability to work independently and within a team environment 11. Critical listening and thinking 12.
