*Salesforce Business Analyst* *Columbus, OH* *12+ month/ Contract* *Phone and Skype* *Description:* The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for managing the relationship between Advisor Teams and Hightower IT. The role will focus on Salesforce adoption, collect requirements and facilitate the definition of functional requirements for the development team. The Salesforce Business Analyst needs to effectively communicate between end users and technical teams and be able to triage issues using Salesforce using Salesforce Service Cloud, Process Builder and especially using Conga. *Primary Responsibilities:* - Build relationship with Advisor Teams to ensure they have the tools required to effectively use Salesforce - Promote the adoption of Salesforce by proactively working with advisor teams, Business Development team and the rest of development team - Collect feature requests from Advisor Teams, conduct analysis of business issues and challenges.
