I don't want someone who claims to be a manager, a developer, a QA expert, etc. and now a release expert. I want someone who has demonstrated technical experience specifically within Build and Release for a good deal of time for a large company. This person will interact with many different people and groups here- this includes technical teams as well as business. It's critical they are experienced, well spoken and will comport themselves in a professional manner. I've included more details below.
