(Oracle P2P to E2Open conversion).* *immediate opening for a Business Analyst with user/functional knowledge of Oracle R12 Procurement & Purchasing **(Procure to Pay) functionality.* Your skills are needed to assist a major technology company specializing in mobile, Barcode and RFID solutions. In this role you will support the conversion of Business Rules and Data from Oracle R12 Procurement & Purchasing (Procure to Pay) to E2Open Supplier Collaboration and Direct Purchasing. You will be responsible for Data Integrity and Data Research / Cleanup and Conversion as well as subsequent testing/UAT. Data will include Purchase orders, suppliers and supplier sites and source rules / ALS. Technical skills needed include: User experience in Oracle R12 Procurement & Purchasing (Procure to Pay), MS Excel, any knowledge of E2Open is a plus (but not required). *Interview Process: 1st round phone interview, 2nd round on site/in person.* Responsibilities: - Plans, organizes, extracts and analyze data from Oracle R12 instances. Accountable for accurate results. - Networks with key internal contacts outside own area of expertise to support overall data integrity and conversion goals. - Experience in Purchasing: Oracle Applications R12 implementation in Public Sector. - Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Purchasing and Procure to Pay R12 solutions. - Participate in defining requirements, fit/gap analysis, and solution design. - Provide support for conversions, solution specs, testing. Document results in appropriate documentation repository. - Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing. Qualifications: The ideal candidate has done this before and can anticipate what needs to be done rather than be instructed. The candidate needs ability to adapt and work in a fast-pace environment.
