*NOTE: Candidate must be strong on Data Quality Environment (DQE)experience* *Skills:* - SQL - UNIX - Ab Initio Graphical Development Environment (GDE) for ETL - Ab Initio Data Quality Environment (DQE) (profile) *Experience:* - Data Profiling strategy development (4 years) - Data Analysis (4 years) - Data Migration (2 years) *Job Description:* The primary role of the data analyst is to analyze source data with respect to the business and data requirements and translate these requirements into data quality themes that drive the data and ETL technical specifications that provide the roadmap for implementation. The technical domain of the data analysis includes data profiling, logical and physical data modeling, and business and data quality rules. In addition, initial project requirements include the Ab Initio DQE Tool set up, configuration and coordination with client resources on implementation of the tools in their environment. This role will need to be capable of carrying out multiple functions including data profiling, data analysis, pattern recognition and themes against source data targets and creating/packaging the findings summary to be presented, communicated and explained to Client Business SME representatives and other Client vendors.
