*Please share the profile at [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Business Analysts w/ IT Security or Compliance* *Marlborough, MA* *12+ Months/ Contract* *Telephone and In Person* *Must be USC, GC or EAD-GC* *Description:* This position is for a Business Analyst III (BA III) to work in a matrixed environment on, but not limited to, medium to large scale projects relating to IT Security and Compliance such as: IT Regulations including but not limited to Sarbanes –Oxley, Privacy Laws and Payment Card Industry. An important aspect to the role is effective business communication skills and possession of strong Business Analysis skills to produce high quality document deliverables for the projects. The BA III shall have the ability to be self-directive with minimal guidance/direction from their Manager or BA IV. *Responsibilities* · Analyzes complex cross functional IT Security processes and defines integrated requirements. · Expert in in multiple disciplines (Windows, UNIX, Networking, LINUX, Cloud Technologies) related to IT Security and Compliance. · Facilitates the design of integrated solutions (process, technical & organizational). · Ensures the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results. · Drives adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders. · Communicates to ensure expectations are kept in line with project status. · Drives the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements. Upon implementation, drives knowledge transfer to Support Teams. · Lead Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and 3rd Parties as needed on projects. · Chooses analysis techniques and standards to be used within small projects. · Decides on best functional designs to meet business requirements. · Follows the Solution Delivery Process. *Creates/revises/executes the following deliverables using industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to:* · Business Analysis Planning · Process Maps · Business Process Models · *Requirements Specifications* · *Use Case Scenarios* · User Acceptance Testing · Data Flow Diagrams · Data Dictionaries · Data Modeling or Data Use Cases · Data Analysis *Requirements:* · 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst · *Analytical thinking and Problem Solving, Business Knowledge including Listening and Communication skills.* · Knowledge of IT Software lifecycle process, understanding of IT Project methodology. · CBAP/CCAB certification a plus but not a must · Relevant business experience across multiple projects in at least 3 full project life cycles, including one complex project.
