As Technical Lead the successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Architect and will be accountable for meeting deliverables, developing world class software and for guiding, executing with and developing the team. In addition, we will look to the Team Lead to work with the business to suggest simple, maintainable product and project features which meet/anticipate customer needs. This is a high profile project which will give the successful applicant visibility across all aspects of the project and will ultimately be transformative to the business. *Primary Accountabilities: * • Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes-either individually or in concert with project team • Designs and produces detailed technical architecture guidelines and standards for the use of relevant core technologies and protocols • Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business • Assists in troubleshooting the most difficult and mission-critical technical problems • Acts as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent *Key Deliverables: * • Provide technical solution recommendations. Governs the definition of system & integration-software technology and design standards.
