·         L2/L3 Support of E-mail, Skype, Office 2013 for migrated users

·         End to end ownership of issues, catch and dispatch Diagnosis &
Resolution of Incidents with work around, temporary/permanent fixes

·         Manage and monitor Incidents as dispatched by Service Desk Track
metrics, Service Levels Compliance and Reporting.

·         Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Urgent, High and recurring
