Buenas, Yo diría que se trata de un fichero de trabajo que está intentando cargar al inicio y que falla.
Busca un fichero .rs.WorkingDataEnv y bórralo. Si aún así sigue dándote el fallo busca ficheros .RData y bórralos. Nota: Son nombres de fichero no extensiones y, por tanto, no llevan nada delante del punto.
