I have some problems with DBI package, I want to connect to PostgreSQL
database but I don't know the way to do it.
pg <- dbDriver("PostgreSQL")
... nope. That won't work.
you need the RdbiPgSQL package from Bioconductor. Along with DBI, as I
recall.
