Is there a package (tradesys is not opening up..r-forge site was down) in R
that has specific functions for technical trading? TTR has functions that
are simply calculations of the indicators and not rules by themselves. I
know it may be easy to code such rules using TTR but I am new to R and did
not want to reinvent the wheel if such a wheel existed.
