Hello,
I have a matrix, X2 ith 2 columns and I want to do the fisher's exact test
on each row. However, it is too slow and I would like to use the
sage.testsage command from the library called
sage.test(datasnp[,1], datasnp[,2], n1 =100, n2 =100)
