Hi!
How can I make a PerMANOVA in R comparing treatments in a matrix that looks
something like this:
Treatment 1 Treatment 2 Treatment 3
Species 1 0.6
0.2 0
Species 2 0
0.7 0.3
Species 3 0
0.5 0
I have 16 different species and 12 treatments
The treatments come i triplicates, so e.g. I want to compare between
treatment 1-3 with 4-6.
Please help!
