Dear R-users, I would like to use Cluster 3.0 for my data because of its zooming, link out and copy (gene)labels into clipboard options. Unfortunately the program doesnt allow use of the distance metrics I would like to use. I would like to ask if there is some library, that allows saving dendrogram object in the format readable by Cluster.
