Good morning
In case control study
I do have 35 covariates (personal and environmental details about the
patients)
and genotype data for 500000 SNPs
I need to apply all the covariates and one SNP at a time in the logistic
regression model
How can i do this in R ?
I have the Covariate file and genotype file as separate files
